TeacherPD Obligations
TeacherPD will provide professional development via electronic media to all subscribers who have paid for an individual course or a bundled course. Some course material may not be for professional development but can help the teacher facilitate learning in the classroom.

Jurisdiction
Any legal challenge to the rights of TeacherPD or in the defence of subscribers’ rights will be heard in the relevant courts of Queensland, Australia in the city of Brisbane.
Annual Licence
Unless otherwise stated, access to a course or any purchased online resource and its associated materials and videos is for one year only form the time of purchase.
